Vincent E. McDougald – Vocals, Keyboard, Sax, Guitar, Bass
Vincent
has been playing professionally throughout the eastern United
States for 20 years. Ten of those years (1992-2002)
were spent with The Coastline Band, which he founded. During
his time there, the band released several hit songs and won
many awards including New Group of the Year, Group of the Year
(twice), and Song of the Year (three times) at what is now known
as the Carolina Beach Music Awards. He also delivered The
Coastline Band’s biggest hit to date, It’s Gonna
Rain. Vince then went on to perform with Black &
Blue, a very popular choice for private and corporate parties.
Black & Blue is well known for its extensive repertoire and
classy presentation. In 2003, he returned to the public
performance scene when he joined Johnny Dollar, remaining there
until 2005. Vincent is known not only for his playing talents and tremendous vocal range, but also for his ability to keep the audience involved in the show. He says, “Crowd participation is not expected. It’s not required. It’s INEVITABLE!” Vince doesn’t let any opportunity to connect with the audience escape. Jump to--> |
